An industrial-grade, double-sided adhesive solution designed for demanding automotive assembly and tier-1 supply chain applications is PE Foam tape, high-bonding for automotive. It is made up of an acrylic adhesive-coated release film and a highly conformable PE foam container. It creates immediate, long-lasting adhesion on low-surface-energy (LSE) plastics, clear-coated metals, glass, and composite surfaces as a flexible, double-sided foam tape automotive-grade solution. It provides structural integrity, stress distribution, and environmental isolation while accommodating differential thermal expansion between incompatible materials. It is designed to replace mechanical fasteners like rivets, screws, and liquid glues.
